PASTA AND FLOUR
Rice pasta has the advantage of reducing the sensitization threshold to food intolerance. The products are gluten-free, the pasta is lighter because it has less calories: at the Riseria Merlano you will find rice and maize pasta, as well as the traditional superfine, durum wheat pasta. Try it in its various shapes: fusilli, penne, spaghetti, tagliatelle.
Rice flour is ideal for making batter or can be used for flouring. The fried food is light, dry and crispy. It absorbs only small quantities of oil, making the dish more digestible and flavoured. Try our breadsticks and biscuits made with rice flour or with rice and maize flour - they are excellent on their own, as a snack or eaten with meals.

RICE CAKES
Combine the aroma of rice with the lightness of the dough, the homemade recipes of days-gone-by with a traditional country taste and you will have the Riseria Merlano's rice cakes. Owing to their delicate aroma and gentle flavour they are ideal for breakfast, delicious at the end of a meal or as a snack at any time of the day. The Riseria Merlano's products include biscuits and rice cakes; praline, chocolate, nougat and sweets - all with rice as an ingredient.

RICE MIXTURES
The fruit and rice mixtures are ideal for an excellent start to the day: they are very nutritious and tasty and are all made with Carnaroli rice. For 100g of product we use 80g of fruit and cane sugar. Try the four different flavours: pear rice and cacao, prunes rice and raisins, apples rice and cinnamon, peach rise and cacao.

The grappa with rice and Moscato grappa with rice are a limited production of the Riseria Merlano created with Grappa Piemonte D.O.G.

RICE BEER
Natural beer, unfiltered, unpasteurised, with no preservatives added, low fermentation, re-fermented in the bottle, flavour and aroma in evolution. The beer alla Riso Merlano is traditionally produced by our Master Brewer with spring water. A genuine beer with a unique aroma and fragrance and a fresh, light taste. Owing to the fact that it can be easily digested it can be drunk at any time of the day: at lunch, dinner or at an evening with friends.
