DOP Rice

The Carnaroli rice grown in our land from “Baraggia” is one of the best Italian varieties: we selected it with cure and, with a unique milling method, we obtain a honey-colored grain which guarantees the excellent cooking grip making it a rice for true experts!

The S.Andrea rice is a young variety of our land from “Baraggia”. As Carnaroli, it is subjected to the same unique milling method. The grain is pearly, honey-colored and extremely versatile in the kitchen.
